The new William Beaumont Army Medical Center is currently under construction on Ft Bliss in El Paso TX and scheduled for completion in 2019. We returned to the site in November 2017 to take photographs centered on the workers installing exterior ceramic tile and cut stone for sub-contractor Shadrock & Williams Masonry.
